Serra do Tombador berries are grown at high altitude, in mild climate conditions, and under careful cultivation practices — the result: intense color, vibrant aroma, delicate texture, and authentic flavor. However, due to the naturally short shelf life of these fruits, it is not always possible to deliver them fresh to your table.
To ensure that all these qualities reach you — and following a global trend — we developed a product line using IQF ultra-freezing (Individual Quick Freezing): each fruit is frozen individually, within minutes, at the peak of ripeness. This process forms microcrystals and preserves the fruit’s organoleptic characteristics (color, texture, aroma, and flavor), while maintaining vitamins and antioxidant compounds.
In practice, when properly thawed (preferably under refrigeration or used directly in cold recipes), our berries retain the sensory profile of fresh fruit, offering convenience and delivering exactly what you need, whenever you want it: Origin, nutrition, and flavor — intact, from the field to your table.
